Steps to Enroll Your Non-Profit
Organization
- Step 1:
Choose a representative to be your primary contact
with TGC. Ideally this should be someone who
already has some website maintaining experience
and does not have to be a member of your
organization. All instructions will be sent to the
primary contact email address.
- Step 2:
Decide on your website domain name. Valid endings
are .com, .net, .org, .biz, .us, and .info. If you
already have a website, you can switch to TGC for
FREE hosting.

- Step 3:
Visit
our web design demo or select
Enroll Today!
Complete the simple enrollment form by providing
your contact information and registering your
domain name.
- Step 4:
Wait for TGC to register your domain name and set
up your web space. Complete instructions will be
emailed to your organization contact. To help you
get started, a generic website will be uploaded to
your web space along with easy instructions to
update the page content. Your affiliate tracking
code will also be preinstalled with live click
thru stats you can monitor.
- Step 5:
Use your website features to bring your membership
closer together. Assign a member to update the
calendar via a web control panel and start your
own message forum. Participate in a live website
chat or post news and events. No programming
skills required!
- Step 6:
Tell your friends, family, and employer about
Traverse Global Communications and your
commissions and fundraising program. TGC's plans
will both save your referral client's money and
provide your non-profit organization with a
monthly check that never stops as long as the
referral account is active. TGC offers personal

Step 7: Make sure to
update your non-profit organization newsletter and
stationary to include information about your new
web presence. Encourage all members to join the
Community section of your website. Members should
update their profile to include a history of their
participation with the organization and and may
also plug their business or website.
- Step 8:
In order to continue
to receive free web hosting and supplementary
services, the participating non-profit
organization will refer a minimum of one new
active client to TGC each year.
NOTE: In the unlikely
event that the participating non-profit
organization does not meet the minimum client
referral criteria, the organization may continue
receiving the full service web hosting package
from TGC by paying for their hosting services at
the special rate of $9.95/month.
